Translation-Draft Two

It is important to choose the TV programs carefully. Although TV is a channel to provide information and entertainment, it may have some disadvantages. Some programs which full of violence and lust have a negative effect to teenagers. Spending too much time watching TV is also harmful to our eyesight. As a result, we should choose the programs which are advantageous to our spirit and physical. The last but the most important is not to be a couch potato.

Computers play an important role throughout our life. They can not only help students hand in their homework quickly, but also help people deliver some information in time. As long as you turn on the computer, you will fall in love with it. However, be sure to remind yourself; don’t spend too much time sitting in front of the computer. Most of the parents don’t like their children to depend on the computer; especially, discussing on the electronic bulletin board wastes a lot of time.
