My Favorite Season - Draft One

Summer is my favorite season. When we walk outside, the blazing sun seems to melt the body. Raise my head, I can see the blue sky without any cloud. Trees are thick with leaves, and gentle breeze fans the girls' long hair and skirts. In many parks or schools, I can hear a lot of insects like cicadas which are singing in the trees. It can also be heard that ice cream vendors are sounding their horns and many children surround them screaming with joy. While walking on the streets, we can see many people wander in the department stores, book stores, and cafes to feel more comfortable and cool.
The most important part of summer is to play with water. We can find that swimming pools and beaches are full of people. Some of them are building sandy castles, others are taking sunbath, still others are swimming in the ocean. I love summer because I think it is the best season to enjoy a lot of things.

A Day I Will Never Forget - Draft Two

On October 2nd, a famous singer named Claire came to our school to advertise the traffic safety. At the beginning, she sang a song to start the activity. After singing the song, a series of interesting games started.

One of the games was to gesture with the body to indicate some words. The host asked for about eight people to go on the stage. Fortunately, my classmate, big one, was chosen. After a long time of playing, everyone fell about with laughter, big one had won a poster with a autograph as well. Then, two teams consisted of the students had a performance. They competed with each other to obtain the reward of champion; therefore, the show was really spectacular.

Finally, the crucial part of time was coming. The host had to send out five posters to all of us. While Claire was singing, the host threw the posters. When he aimed at the area around us and then threw out, I jumped high about to touch the ceiling and grabbed one of the posters. It was so exciting that I screamed out loud. The humorous host then said, “Wow! You are the second of Chien-Ming Wang!” Everyone laughed, including me. I think it was the amusing day that I will never forget

A Dream - Draft Two

A dream I had was very strange. The unusual dream made me rouse suddenly from sleep at midnight. In the dreamland, I saw myself lie in the bathroom and was covered with fresh blood. Being full of scare, I rushed out of the house to find my family and friends. When I found my mother and father, they ignored me and acted like I didn’t stand in front of them. I was so confused that I called their name loudly. The same reaction happened, they turned their backs on me. Walking on the street alone, no one could hear me or even see me. At this moment, I burst out crying and fell down on the street. Suddenly, dizziness surrounded me, I was taken to a completely different world that I have never been. Finally, I realized that I were a ghost. At this time, I woke up with my clothes damped with sweat. This is the most terrible dream that I will never forget!

Making Decisions - Draft One

Growing up means making my own decisions. I am old enough to decide everything by myself and be responsibility for it. I can be independent, and don’t have to depend on other people. I am no more the little girl before. As a result, I should start learning how to make my own decisions.
The hardest decision that I ever made was continue to associate with my boyfriend. We were classmates in junior high school. After a short time, we found that our personalities are similar and have good feelings. So, we decided to get together. Gradually, because we didn’t have the same opinions, we started arguing. We had a cold war for a long time. Finally, we found out our shortcomings and continue our relationship.

Computer-Draft Two

Computers are playing an important role in our daily life. They are usual to see in everywhere around us. We use them to communicate with many friends all over the world by sending e-mails, going to chat rooms, and logging in the messenger. We can surf the Internet and search the website to find some useful information for our reports. We can also store data by using Word, Excel, Access, and so on. We are sure that we can’t live without them in our daily life.

Personally, I have a liking for computers. I often use them to have some entertainments like playing computer games, online games, etc. Listening to music and watch films are also good ways to relax myself. It is also convenient to buy a lot of things on the Internet. Therefore, I think computers are really helpful, and couldn’t be replaced.
